DOCUMENTATION

Write the product book. Write everything down. Attach references, mockups & wireframes,  functionality description, sources... everything that can be relevant.​

The documentation is the most important step in the process. 

At this point, we are actually writing the book of the product. As I am sure you already know ... whatever will be listed in the document will not exist in the final product. In order to get the maximum out of the development process and the testing process, write everything as detailed as possible. You will start from server architectures through client comments on API interfaces to a detailed mapping of the level of interaction in order to reach an optimal user experience

DESIGN

 Submit the documentation to the design team and let them do their magic.​ Let them be creative ask for suggestions asks for references with the designs.

​Islango- the booking.com of the yacht industry was a pilot project established with Corvid technology. The project was constructed with Wix development team. Islango was the project that Wix's hand-picked for launching the product @ Google Cloud Summit 2019.

Q.A & CUSTOMER REVIEW

An excellent Q.A team usually delay the launch in a few days. Every section and every line you wrote in your documentation needs to go into an excel sheet with specifications which browsers and devices you want to check. don't leave anything to lady luck!

Sorry to disappoint you, but you're wrong.

Launch but don't announce it, let the organic promotion set the course and learn the data. Ask questions. The same questions that you've asked in the research, and see if you need to make adjustments. Make sure that all of your trackers are working and the data is registered. Make adjustments, run it through the Q.A team one more time, and re-launch the product. Now you can make some noise...
